What you’ll be doing We are looking for an innovative Commercial Training Advisor to bring the Customer Way to life through modern, digital, and high‑impact learning experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role with international influence, shaping how our people leaders and front‑line teams embed consistent, world‑class customer practices. As our Commercial Learning Advisor in the Customer Way team, you will: ·       Design and deliver modern, blended, and digital learning experiences that lift front-line capability and customer consistency. ·       Coach and enable people leaders to confidently lead behaviour change within their teams. ·       Collaborate across our Customer Way and Learning and Organisational Development teams, shaping learning strategy and anticipating future skill needs. ·       Use data, insights, and feedback loops to identify where capability gaps exist and target learning that drives measurable performance uplift. ·       Champion the Customer Way, ensuring tools, processes, and learning remain current, relevant, and well adopted across the organisation. ·       Drive peer to peer learning approaches that build collective capability and reinforce everyday customer excellence.   What you’ll bring ·       You’ll be an energetic, forward‑thinking learning professional with: ·       Demonstrated experience creating engaging, impactful learning solutions (digital, blended, and leader‑led). ·       Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning experience design and capability uplift. ·       Confidence partnering with leaders and stakeholders, with the ability to influence mindset and behaviour change. ·       Experience working with learning platforms and digital content tools. ·       The ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and work proactively. ·       Curiosity about emerging tech including AI-enabled learning tools and how these can enhance learning effectiveness. ·       Excellent organisational skills and the ability to deliver high‑quality outputs at pace.   Why you’ll love working here NZTE is a truly global organisation, and you’ll collaborate with passionate and culturally diverse people every day.
