Join our team and you’ll be responsible for  designing and implementing tailored training programmes, running dynamic on-site workshops, and providing practical, real-time coaching on sales process execution, pipeline management, stakeholder engagement, and client retention. 

Working in the Commercial department, you  will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. 

Your responsibilities:  

  • You will actively engage & play a critical role in a training environment to enable commercial performance.
  • Achieve operational objectives such as but not limited to: -
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop training strategies and oversee training results.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to generate targeted training and support requirements.
  • Provide all levels of commercial training across the team, classroom sessions, role-play, interactive, 1-2-1 coaching, product training etc.
  • Facilitate sales leadership and management courses, ensuring that all sales managers have the required behaviours, knowledge, and skills to develop their sales team.
  • Implement and execute a continuous professional development programs for existing staff.
  • A relevant qualification in Sales, Business Management, Training & Development, HR, or a related field.
  • Related training or business qualifications an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Trainer ideally in a B2B, online, digital or recruitment related industry
  • Sales experience is essential.
  • Experience across blended learning solutions desirable.
  • Ability to identify performance gaps, coach and motivate others, build team spirit, and nurture an inclusive learning environment.
