We are creating “financial infrastructure that works”, disrupting the financial services industry by offering innovative solutions designed to meet the distinct needs of – and real-world challenges faced on a daily basis by – our customers. Leveraging the power of stablecoins pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar (e.g., USDC, USDT, and PYUSD), we deliver our innovative solutions through our commercial trading function, and our B2B products (our Payments API and Treasury Portal).

Role Overview

Working with existing clients, as a Commercial Trader, you should provide excellent customer service, maintain the image and vision of the organisation, and achieve the revenue goals of the company. An outstanding trading operations manager should display a positive attitude, focusing on customer satisfaction, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Top candidates are clear communicators who are highly self-motivated and eager to collaborate, exchange knowledge and apply new skills to proactively seek out weaknesses in the environment.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both French & English
• 3 years of experience working in B2B technology or financial services relationship management
• Have to have an entrepreneurial mind
• Able to communicate cross-functionally with Accounting, Customer Support, Compliance and Others.
• A proactive, results-driven person
• Able to work independently and execute tasks with intuition, based on broad instructions/ objectives from superiors
• Able to help with day-to-day operations for their manager 
• Time management and organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
• The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
• Excellent attention to detail
• An ability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with threats and at times of high demand.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and grow revenue with previously established relationships with institutional clients;
• Execute trades in close collaboration with others;
• Keeping track of client feedback and recommending product improvements.
• Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping processes are followed
• Adhere to all risk management policies and processes, including financial exposure limits and compliance requirements
