We are growing fast and seeking talented and dedicated professionals to join Cosmetri software team. Cosmetri software empowers cosmetics companies to streamline operations, accelerate product development and ensure compliance with stringent regulations.
We are actively seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Sales Manager to win new business within mid-market and enterprise cosmetics companies including manufacturers, private brands, and beyond. This talented sales leader will provide impactful coaching, training, and development to our Cosmetri sales and renewals teams while carrying their own quota. They will also partner closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that generate leads and expand our market presence.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop and foster a high functioning performance-driven culture
Manage Cosmetri global renewals/account management
Develop and track key performance indicators to measure performance against targets
Actively develop your own pipeline using modern prospecting techniques to create and maintain your own book of business
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and metrics
Work closely with Marketing team to generate leads via marketing campaigns
Recruit, motivate, and manage a team of SaaS Account Executives and Account Managers to meet and exceed performance and recurring software retention goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience with PLM software sales is required
Experience selling into cosmetic industries or similar life science vertical is required
Understanding and passion for sales as a modern profession, including: prospecting, using social selling techniques, identifying buyer personas & trigger events,
Proven success in achieving sales goals selling to business owners & executives
A knack for presentation, communication & writing
Ability to quickly build credibility with an executive-level audience
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
