We currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Recoveries Analyst to join our dynamic team-based in Bournemouth. Joining us on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis, you will receive a competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum plus an excellent range of company benefits and rewards.
About the role
In this role, you will report on commercial recovery activity, analyse trends, and provide insightful data analysis and insights to support the recovery of outstanding payments.
You will ensure specific recovery processes are performing optimally, identify potential issues through data analysis, and help support the business by implementing effective solutions.

What you’ll be doing:
Develop and maintain all commercial recovery reporting.
Provide data analysis and insight to support the recovery of outstanding customer payments contributing to the financial viability of PWS.
Assist management in monitoring collections performance throughout the month.
Proactively monitor collection strategies through reporting and account level auditing.
Support the production of management reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Identifying trends in productivity and operations to maximise and drive performance.
Support the production of performance scorecards relating to collections performance.
Through the data analysis, proactively identify processes that could be made more effective and/or efficient.
Document processes and map field collection strategies using flowcharts.
Deliver performance overview updates to key stakeholders via regular meetings.
What we are looking for:
Demonstrate you are an expert in managing billing/financial related data
Experience in data analysis
Experience of leading actions within teams
Data analysis and the ability to identify anomalies
Evidence you have excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate excellent ability to correct errors
Proven ability to identify improvement actions and enable their delivery
Ability to constructively challenge accepted thinking and methods by generating and embracing innovative ideas.
