Job Responsibilities
Originate and close investment sales opportunities in multifamily and industrial asset classes
Build and convert a high-quality pipeline through proactive prospecting and market coverage
Deliver compelling pitches, valuations, and financial insights to owners and investors
Drive each deal from initial contact through negotiation and closing
Establish a dominant presence in your market and support new office growth
Qualifications
Strong track record in commercial real estate brokerage or investment sales
Experience with multifamily and/or industrial transactions
Proven ability to generate business and close deals
High-energy, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to dominate your territory
