Job Role: Residential Property Analyst

Compensation range: $2,200 AUD - $3,000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: A property group based in Australia, dedicated to creating value across residential and commercial real estate through innovation, integrity, and genuine client relationships. Their team combines deep market expertise with modern technology to deliver seamless property experiences from acquisition and development to sales and management.

Role Overview: This role supports the commercial acquisitions function by researching potential deals, compiling due-diligence information, and preparing high-quality property reports to assist investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed research on commercial property opportunities, including asset details, tenancy schedules, lease terms, and market data.
• Prepare comprehensive property reports and due-diligence summaries for internal review.
• Build and maintain structured databases of target assets, owners, and agent contact details.
• Liaise with selling agents to obtain preliminary information and documentation prior to senior review.
• Assist the principal with ad-hoc research tasks to streamline acquisition decisions and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong research, analytical, and data-organisation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in real estate, property research, or investment analysis is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with CRMs, spreadsheets, and property research tools is an advantage.
