About the role

As a Commercial Principal for the Growth Markets team at Dialectica, you will be key in driving growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth Markets, you will lead a team of professionals and oversee all aspects of our service offerings to Corporate and Asset Management clients. 

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial growth and increase market share within the Growth Markets segment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our service offerings and generate revenue growth.
  • Drive the development of innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of Corporates and Asset Management clients and differentiate our offerings in the market.

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and identify ways to deliver added value through our services.
  • Regularly visit clients to build rapport, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

Business Development

  • Take a frontline role in the business development efforts within the Growth Markets division, including prospecting, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral to attract new clients and promote our services effectively.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise our profile and generate new business leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA preferred.
  • Professional services / consulting / research or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional value to clients and driving business growth.
