Commercial Operations Process Improvement Executive

AI overview

Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency for D2C teams, directly impacting AnyMind’s goal of business transformation.

As a Commercial Operations Process Improvement Executive, you will be the "Architect of Efficiency" for our D2C department. Your mission is to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and ensure that our operations run like a well-oiled machine. You will play a crucial role in reducing lead times and ensuring seamless collaboration between our Client and D2C teams, directly contributing to AnyMind’s vision of becoming an AI-native business transformation leader.

What You'll Do

Process Optimization & Lifecycle Management

  • Workflow Standardization: Design and refine end-to-end workflows to shorten lead times for both Client-facing and D2C operational teams.
  • SLA Management: Monitor response times for operational requests and implement automation or governance frameworks to ensure faster resolution.
  • Efficiency Analysis: Constantly look for "waste" in current processes and propose tech-driven solutions to eliminate manual tasks.

Knowledge Management & Team Enablement

  • SOP & WI Development: Create, maintain, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure a unified quality standard across the board.
  • Internal Training: Act as a bridge to help team members understand new processes or tools implemented.

Internal Communication

  • Best Practice Sharing: Manage regular internal updates to share success stories, case studies on process improvements, and lessons learned from past errors.
  • Regulation Updates: Keep the team informed about the latest platform regulations and internal compliance standards.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Process Improvement, or a related field. (Energetic fresh graduates with a passion for systems are welcome!)
  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy breaking down complex problems and finding the root cause rather than just fixing the symptoms.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail—essential for maintaining accurate SOPs and high-quality standards.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are curious about new tools and AI. You always ask, "Can we automate this?"
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex technical steps into simple, easy-to-follow instructions.
