MISSION :
Support sales team and regional leaders to manage operations aspects of commercial team. This includes ensuring CRM hygeine, providing sales KPI reports, attainment and commission calculations, providing/consolidating forecasts and supporting day to day commercial operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the sales team to ensure CRM system discipline and hygeine is maintained
- Provide reports, dashboards and statistics on KPIs for commercial team – including new business team and existing business team
- Work with Group commercial operations and regional finance team to ensure that the KPIs and metrics provided are following definitions and guidelines
- Calculate quarterly attainment for sales team and assist in commission calculation and payouts
- Assist in preparing materials for various reporting calls to regional and Group management
- Work with commercial team across APR and with country leaders to provide accurate monthly forecast with call outs in month on any material changes
- Manage contract repository, contract templates, contract deviations and align legal review amendment requests with legal counsel
- Provide observations to regional commercial managment on anomalies or early warnings on any trends defying the planned trajectory
- Assist in budgeting and landing estimate exercises througout the year
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- 7-10 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support
- Good with numbers, data. Excel expertise and experience in visualization tool.
