Commercial Legal Specialist (Contracts & Business Agreements)

In the corporate areas, we work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. We provide the strategic support that keeps EBANX connected, efficient, and ready to grow. From technology to finance, every team collaborates to enable projects and turn challenges into opportunities.

Your day-to-day impact:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that enable EBANX to provide its services, grow, and innovate in Latin America.

• Interacting with ebankers from various countries and teams, including senior leadership.

Must-haves to shine in this role:

• Be a licensed lawyer;

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts;

• Strong organizational skills;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in the payments industry;

• Experience with contracts involving financial institutions;

• Experience working in technology companies.
