Summary 
The Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician provides service and repair of commercial HVAC/refrigeration and or kitchen equipment. 

Details

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment, and or kitchen equipment.
• Communicates parts order(s) and repair status with customer and or branch office.
• Completes service calls accurately and in a timely manner.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Maintains service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with company guidelines. 
• Meet on-call requirements.

Required Experience | Education

• Three years of combined HVAC/Refrigeration and or commercial kitchen repair experience. 
• High school graduate/GED or the equivalent in experience

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot;
• A mechanical background and or skills in automotive, electrical, installation would be a plus. 
• Journeyman License and or CFESA certification would be a plus.  
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and soft skills.
• Good driving record.
