We’re seeking a Commercial Finance Manager, a commercially oriented finance professional who will bring financial rigour, ROI insight, and process improvement to how we bill, evaluate operator performance, and manage commercial risk across multiple jurisdictions.
In this role, you will partner with Finance, Account Management, and Commercial leadership to own the models and analytics that drive accurate billing, meaningful commercial insight, and scalable financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Understanding of billing mechanics across operators and jurisdictions (GGR, NGR, effective revenue rates, local/network prize contributions, RTP impacts, tax & regulatory implications)
Understand economics of cross border billing including withholding/VAT impacts
Validate existing billing models for accuracy, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements
Support Promo teams, Commercial Data Analyst and Commercial terms, identifying revenue leakage and misaligned incentives
Introduce data-driven approaches to current manual processes
Ensure Data quality from contract to billing
Provide commercial insight to support decision-making at senior levels
Own ad-hoc Commercial reporting
Manage debtors and highlight actions to be taken
Support Account Managers in debt management, reviewing positions and structuring repayment plans
Balance strong commercial relationships with financial discipline and risk mitigation
Advise on dashboard creation with BI team and reporting to provide clear P&L visibility per operator after tax, bonus/promotional and other deductions
Advise and recommend in our drive for automation and improve quality of financial and commercial reporting
Act as the key finance interface for Account Management and Commercial teams
Work closely with central finance functions and occasionally travel to liaise/collaborate with finance teams and potentially support on key account visits
Requirements
Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of casino KPIs (GGR, NGR, effective rates, P&L)
Experience with multi-market billing, tax calculations, and regulatory deductions
Ability to explain complex financial mechanics clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Solid understanding of slot economics and mechanics (RTP, session dynamics, player volumes, jackpot contributions, promotional campaign and promotional tool impacts)
Ability to translate game and operator performance into financial and commercial outcomes
Experience in debt control, debtor analysis, and structuring repayment plans
Comfort engaging in commercially sensitive conversations with operators
Finance professional with experience in a commercial, business-facing role
Background in iGaming / casino / B2B gaming environments
Familiarity with compliance, tax deductions, and jurisdiction-specific commercial models
Track record of automating or improving manual financial processes
Commercially curious and solutions-oriented
Flexible approach in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaborator and influencer
