Position Summary

Under general supervision, the Building Cleaner performs cleaning tasks and operates various types of cleaning equipment for assigned buildings.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties
• Clean offices and work areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean windows and windowsills
• Vacuum, dust/sweep, and mop floors and stairs
• Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitary, stocked, and ready for use
• Maintain clean and organized janitorial closets

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to successfully pass a background check
• Must be reliable, work at a fast pace, and have strong attention to detail
• Commercial cleaning experience is a plus
• Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor directions
• Follow building or customer-specific COVID protocols
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must speak fluent English

Physical Requirements:

Walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive cleaning motions; utilizing cleaning equipment and supplies; lifting up to 35 lbs.

Schedule: Monday - Saturdays

Working hours: Morning Shift ( To be discussed )
