Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with a strong background in commercial and concrete projects to oversee work throughout Charleston, SC. This role is responsible for guiding projects from preconstruction through final completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple active jobs while maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction and concrete projects from contract award through closeout
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency
• Track project budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance
• Serve as the primary contact for owners, engineers, and project stakeholders
• Identify potential delays or cost impacts and implement corrective action plans
• Assist with project planning, resource management, and operational coordination
