Your New Role

As our Commercial Construction Lead Estimator / Project Coordinator in Bonsall, CA, you'll:

• Lead estimation for commercial builds, remodels, and tenant improvements

• Read and interpret full plan sets (A, L, C, S, K, MEP)

• Manage RFI submissions, change orders, and subcontractor submittals

• Send bid invitations, qualify subcontractor proposals, and compile complete bid packages

• Use Procore (certification required), Microsoft Project, Excel, and Bluebeam

• Track and manage project documentation with precision and speed

• Support field staff and attend jobsite meetings as needed

• Prepare weekly reports and construction schedules

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Lead Estimator / Project Coordinator in commercial construction

• Strong background in estimating and project coordination

• Procore Certified (or willing to complete certification before start)

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Project, Bluebeam, and Zoom

• Must live within 30 miles of Bonsall, CA and work from the office daily

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

• Able to travel to job sites for scheduled meetings

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Skilled at reading and understanding complete construction plans

• Ability to manage multiple bids and project coordination tasks simultaneously
