Analytics, numbers, context—these areas are undoubtedly your expertise. You will play a pivotal role in advancing the landscape of digital identity verification by fostering transparency through data and insights.
Your main focus will be on discovering the areas to improve our processes with data, proactively find insights to improve business performance, automate reports, and run analytics-related projects. Additionally, you will provide support for ad hoc requests from stakeholders.
You’ll help us protect honest people online by:
- Maintaining and monitoring our dashboards to ensure timely insights delivery
- Upholding high data quality standards and promoting visibility through proper documentation
- Supporting the team in handling requests originating from our ticketing system
- Creating and monitoring data alerts to detect potential issues requiring attention
- Proactively analyzing data with potential benefits for stakeholders and formulating recommendations
You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:
- A proven track record of deriving actionable insights from data
- Intermediate or advanced SQL skills (proficiency in Python is a plus)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Analytics or Business Intelligence role
- Proficiency in data visualization using tools such as Tableau
- Familiarity with leading trends and best practices in Business Intelligence
- Strong communication skills—your ability to convey findings clearly and concisely, both verbally and visually
- A highly collaborative and open-minded approach, with a "customer first" attitude that enables you to deliver optimal outcomes in the face of inter-team collaboration and competing priorities
