Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural and body repairs using frame and measuring equipment
  • Repair and straighten metal panels
  • Complete repairs according to OEM specifications and safety standards
  • Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Collaborate effectively with estimators, painters, and team members
  • Follow all shop safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to use frame and measuring systems
  • Experience repairing and straightening metal panels
  • Knowledge of OEM repair procedures
  • I-CAR certification preferred (not required)

Requirements

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Organization: Ability to remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience: I-Car certification, High school diploma or equivalent with hands-on collision repair experience
