In this role, each day will look slightly different, but you will have the ability to get hands-on experience in various roles, such as sales, operations, marketing, customer success, and business development. What You’ll Do

Responsibilities may evolve, but this individual will have the ability to support in the following areas:

  • Operational Support: help streamline daily workflows and internal processes. Execute operational task that supports the team cross-functionally
  • Project Management: Owning small-scale projects and initiatives
  • Problem Solving & Cross Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to address any issues that may arise
  • Sales Outreach: Participate in sales outreach and market research for potential leads

Path to Growth

We invest in our talent. This internship starts with a 2 month “Trial Phase” to ensure mutual fit.

  1. Phase 1 (Month 1-3): Onboarding, learning more about your role, and demonstrating your work ethic
  2. Phase 2 (Extension): If successful, you will be offered a 1-year extended contract with increased responsibilities and mentorship
  3. Phase 3 (Full-Time): The ultimate goal to convert high-performing interns into full-time permanent employees
