departments to solve real problems for real users.

Job Description

EarthCam is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for

managing accounts receivable, reducing past-due balances, and maintaining positive client relationships

while ensuring timely payments.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and confident communicating with clients to resolve

billing issues while protecting company cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the collections process for assigned accounts
• Contact clients via phone, email, and written communication to follow up on past-due invoices
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements when appropriate
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments
• Update customer records and document communications in the CRM/ERP system
• Generate aging reports and monitor account status
• Escalate high-risk or delinquent accounts to management as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control (B2B experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
• Ability to analyze aging reports and financial data
• High level of professionalism and discretion
