Collection Strategy and Analytics Head

About The Team:

The team is responsible for designing, optimizing, and monitoring collection strategies across the entire delinquency lifecycle. This role leverages data analytics, segmentation, and performance monitoring to maximize recovery rates, minimize losses, and improve operational efficiency

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Revamp and own end-to-end collection strategy across all stages
  • Establish treatment strategies including optimizing all channels
  • Ensure proper implementation of Collection strategy in the system
  • Own collection performance metrics (flowrate, recovery rate, NPL rate, Collection efficiency)
  • Continuously run experiment (A/B test) to optimize the result
  • Align collection strategy with overall risk management framework

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Collection Strategy, Operation, Portfolio Risk of Lending product in financial industry
  • 3+ years’ experience in leadership role
  • Strong analytical and having capability of strategic thinking
  • Proficient in SQL, data analytics, data visualization
  • Ability to translate data into actionable strategy
  • Strong stakeholder management
