Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Representative to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with realtors and brokerages for our innovative real estate software platform. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, overcoming objections, and driving business growth through consistent outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to real estate agents, brokers, and Investors.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our real estate software, tailoring the pitch to the prospect’s needs.
- Qualify leads by identifying interest, needs, and decision-making authority.
- Schedule product demos or introductory meetings with the sales or business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and move them toward conversion.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting (real estate industry experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in CRM/data entry.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with real estate software, CRMs, or real estate workflows is a plus.
