We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Representative to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with realtors and brokerages for our innovative real estate software platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to real estate agents, brokers, and Investors.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our real estate software, tailoring the pitch to the prospect’s needs.
  • Qualify leads by identifying interest, needs, and decision-making authority.
  • Schedule product demos or introductory meetings with the sales or business development team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and move them toward conversion.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting (real estate industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and confidently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in CRM/data entry.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
