Summary The Cobrand Engagement Analyst supports multiple cobrand credit card portfolios by executing engagement campaigns that drive spend, retention, and reactivation of inactive cardholders. This role includes hands-on campaign execution, portfolio monitoring, and reporting, while building deep subject matter expertise in cardholder behaviors and trends.  Visa Sponsorship Available No Minimum Requirements Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Education:  Bachelor’s Degree Education Details:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.  Years of Experience:  Minimum two (2) years of experience in marketing, analytics, loyalty, or cobrand efforts.  •Strong execution and analytical skills, with the ability to connect data to actionable insights. •Experience executing marketing or engagement campaigns. •Proficiency in Excel and performance reporting tools, with the ability to manipulate data and generate reports. •Execution-focused and detail-oriented. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. •Data-driven, with analytical interpretation. •Ability to develop and apply cardholder insights and trends. •Strong collaboration and communication skills. •Focused on driving cardholder engagement and reactivating inactive cardholders across multiple cobrand products. Job Duties •Plan and execute new and recurring cardholder engagement campaigns across multiple cobrand products to increase activity and reactivate inactive cardholders.  •Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including timelines, coordination, approvals, and launches.  •Serve as a subject matter expert on cardholders by developing a deep understanding of customer segments, behaviors, and trends.  •Monitor portfolio performance and key metrics such as engagement, spend, retention, and attrition, with a focus on reactivating inactive cardholders.  •Analyze campaign and portfolio results to provide actionable insights using Excel and other reporting tools.  •Partner with internal teams and external cobrand partners and issuers to deliver aligned, compliant campaigns.  •Maintain reporting, documentation, and performance tracking to support ongoing optimization across all cobrand products.  Physical Requirements The Physical Demands and Work Environment described here are a representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of the role. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
