We're looking for a curious, hands-on Co-op / Intern to help develop and operationalize AI workflows and automations that change how our teams work every day. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO, you will serve as our internal AI change agent and partner with AI Champions across the organization to identify and help build AI-powered solutions that drive measurable efficiency gains and unlock capacity across the business. This is a role for someone with a strong interest in technology who’s excited to get hands-on with AI and ready to experiment, learn through failure, and adapt quickly along the way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Partner with AI Champions across the organization to identify workflows that we can automate or accelerate using AI at a global SaaS company
- Assist in building and prototyping AI-powered automations and workflows using tools like Gemini, the Anthropic API, Zapier, or similar platforms
- Test, iterate, and improve based on real feedback from the teams you are working with
- Track, document, and report on results to measure real impact across the organization
- Gain direct exposure to executive-level decision making by working closely with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to report on program progress
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Interest in Building with AI: Some understanding on how to create AI agents is an asset. Personal projects, hackathons, and self-directed experiments count just as much as coursework
- Technical Skills: Knowledge or interest in working with APIs, AI tooling, and automation platforms such as Anthropic AI, Gemini, or Zapier. Basic programming/scripting skills are an asset (i.e. Python, JavaScript).
- Creativity and Innovation: You seek new and better ways of doing things, test ideas quickly, learn from what breaks, and implement improvements quickly
- Operations Skills: You're drawn to how things work and how to make them work better. You spot inefficiencies, think in systems, and find satisfaction in building something that runs smoothly
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs
- Open Communication: Clearly conveys thoughts both written and verbal, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding
- Nice to have: Educational background in Engineering/Computer Science discipline or equivalent experience.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Solution seeker. You’re focused on tackling new challenges, solving problems, and moving the business forward—and you don’t wait to be asked.
- Lifelong learner. You have a growth mindset – you’re here to learn, experiment, seek, apply, and provide feedback, share what works with your team, and move on from what doesn’t.
- Resilient adapter. In the face of change and challenges, you bring a thoughtful, calm approach, and a focus on finding the new opportunity.
- Intentional collaborator. You build positive working relationships across the business, bringing people together to foster new opportunities and to facilitate the efficient flow of information.
- Critical challenger. You have the trust in your team to ask difficult questions in order to get to the best end result.
- Active communicator. You listen actively and communicate ideas and information clearly, inclusively, and proactively.
- Integrated thinker. You look beyond your role and responsibilities to understand how your team’s work drives broader organizational goals.
- Accountable owner. You take pride in the work you’re responsible for with a mindset of ultimate accountability and reliability for the outcomes.
- Bar-raiser. You step up to help your team grow and succeed, even when that means going beyond what might be expected.
