CNC Technician (Night Shift)

一、 職務所需能力:
1. CNC 五軸/六軸走心式車床操作. 津上 (BO-075 / BO126TF / S206A)
2. 5-6軸獨立完成校車經驗 (3~5年以上工作經驗)
3. 加工圖紙識圖能力
4. 具有各式刀具磨刀能力(製作經驗3年以上)
5. 使用桌上型電腦輸入資料到微軟文書軟體(WORD跟EXCEL)
6. 精通量測工具, 包含高度規, 分厘卡, 環規, 2.5D量測儀器
7. 良善溝通及團隊合作
二、工作內容說明:
1. 使用既有工具和程序設定4- 6軸機型進行校車
2. 樣品製作
3. 零件首件/Buddy品質檢驗
4. 程式調整及刀具更換
5. 機台清潔保養維護，故障排除.
6. 刀具製作 : 塘孔刀 / 成型鑽
7. 精通發那科(FANUC)介面
