Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and assist nurses in ICU
Monitor patient safety and report changes in condition
Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily care activities
Follow hospital policies, safety, and infection control standards
Support quality and patient satisfaction initiatives
Required Qualifications / Skills:
Minimum 2 years acute care or ICU experience preferred
Strong clinical and patient-care skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work night shifts and long hours
License, Certification & Education:
Active CNA Certification
BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS – Required
Authorization to work in the U.S.
