Role overview
We are looking to hire a Cluster Director to lead and scale our business across ASEAN, Japan, and South Korea. This is a foundational leadership role with full ownership of commercial strategy, P&L, and sales organization build-out across the region.
This position is ideal for a senior leader from the electronic security industry (video, intrusion, fire, access control) who has successfully built and led large B2B sales organizations, managed $50M+ P&L, and driven regional growth through distributors and partners.
Key responsibilities:
P&L and cashflow ownership for the cluster, including sell-in and sell-out performance
Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy aligned with global business objectives
Build the business from the ground up: structure, processes, coverage model, and priorities
Identify and develop new markets, strategic partnerships, and key accounts
Establish strong, senior-level relationships with distributors, integrators, and industry stakeholders
Recruit, build, and lead a scalable sales organization (30+ people), including country managers and senior sales leaders
Coach, mentor, and performance-manage leaders to create a high-performance, accountable sales culture
Work closely with HQ and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) in a matrix environment
Represent the company as a senior regional leader at industry events and with key partners
Candidate profile / requirements:
$50M+ USD P&L ownership in a regional or multi-country scope
Proven experience building and managing large B2B sales teams (30+ people)
Senior leadership background such as Regional Sales Director, Regional Head of Sales, Cluster Director, or equivalent
Strong experience in electronic security markets: video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire systems, access control
Demonstrated success in scaling businesses through distributors and partners
Established industry network across ASEAN, Japan, and/or South Korea
Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, channel models, and customer needs
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-driven leadership style
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in cross-cultural, multi-country environments
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within the region
Highly results-oriented, accountable, and entrepreneurial in approach
