ABOUT YOU We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our corporate services team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to social celebrations. Event Planning & Execution
  • Develop event timelines, checklists, and production schedules.
  • Assist in planning, logistics, and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Coordinate catering services, including menu planning, dietary accommodations, and delivery logistics.
  • Work with venue and third-party security teams to ensure safety protocols are in place and followed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product) to align event goals with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders including speakers, sponsors, and partners.
  • Budget & Reporting
  • Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and cost reconciliation.
  • Collect post-event feedback and analyze ROI metrics to improve future events.
  • On-Site Management
  • Serve as the on-site event host, welcoming guests, introducing speakers, and making clear announcements for session start and end times, breaks, and transitions.
  • Serve as a point-of-contact during event setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Troubleshoot problems on the fly to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
  • Assist in coordination for an office renovation project 
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating corporate or consumer events.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash, Hopin) and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when events require.
