Responsible for cloud solution design and delivery for strategic Named Accounts in Turkey and Europe, focusing on top-tier clients in retail, e-commerce, finance, manufacturing, and other industries to drive digital transformation and cloud business growth. As a technical expert and trusted advisor, deeply involved in the full lifecycle from pre-sales solution design to post-sales technical support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Technical Consulting & Solution Design (40%)
- Deeply understand customer business requirements and design end-to-end cloud solutions
- Deliver technical solution documents, architecture diagrams, and POC validation plans
- Provide best practices for scenarios including retail e-commerce, SAP migration, database modernization, and AI applications
- Lead customer technical workshops, architecture reviews, and RFP technical responses
2. Pre-sales Technical Support (30%)
- Support sales team in customer technical discussions and business negotiations
- Conduct product demos and technical capability demonstrations
- Assess technical feasibility, define migration paths and implementation plans
- Competitive technical analysis and cost optimization recommendations
3. Project Delivery & Technical Support (20%)
- Guide partners in solution implementation and resolve technical challenges
- Participate in critical project acceptance and go-live support
- Handle customer critical technical escalations (P0/P1)
- Conduct regular customer health checks and architecture optimization
4. Customer Relationship & Ecosystem Development (10%)
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer CTOs/technical leaders
- Organize technical events, develop success stories and industry influence

Essential Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
