- Provide technical consulting and development support for Cloud services.
- Summarize and output development technical documents, demos, reference cases and FAQs related to Cloud services.
- Provide enablement training for customers, introduce how to use Cloud services for development and share reference cases.
- Can be participated PoC for customer and make PoC successful if customer requirement is reasonable and matching to our cloud capability.
- Locate customer problems and assist customer to increase product reliability.
- Support after product stage in the name of SRE (Monitoring of the infrastructure and in house application, responding to any alerts.)
Requirements
- You have demonstrable experience of app development based on cloud environment, know cloud environment well.
- You have strong debugging instincts and experience with exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of cloud services and flexibility to learn new technologies quickly.
- You have a basic command of cloud service development and software development processes and be able to independently complete development tasks based on cloud service design and requirements.
- Good communication skills, from technical point of view willing to talk with customer and influence technical customer to support project successfully.
- You have product R&D and implementation experience in cloud computing, container, microservice re preferred.
- Candidate should have great knowledge about Linux OS in operation and maintenance, Databases (SQL/No SQL)
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, low-structure, constantly changing atmosphere and prioritizing work appropriately.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) / Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
- Proficiency in Cloud platforms (Azure,Google,Oracle Cloud..)
- Familiarity with serverless computing and related services (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, Huawei Function Graph).
- Knowledge of database technologies in the cloud.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), subnets, and load balancers .
- Understanding of security best practices in the cloud, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and compliance.
- Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins).
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices.
- Someone who has +5 years’ experience needs to have following skills/experience requirements;
- Extensive public cloud experience. Including hands on implementation on platforms.
- Good communication
- Target oriented working style
- Good experience of software development with kinds of cloud service
- Multi-cloud (Huawei/AWS/Azure or Google cloud) experience is prefered
- Can take sales target with strong compressive resistance
- Good and wide connection with CIO/IT director/IT expert of large and middle enterprise is prefered
- Experience/interest in other cloud technology areas e.g. DevSecOps, containers serverless, APIs, continuous delivery patterns,IaC
- Experience/skills in managing projects/solutions
- Hand on experience of CI/CD concept to be able to develop delivery (Pipeline development)
- A natural problem solver with excellent critical thinking skills
- Develop a monitoring of the infrastructure through Cloud Eye (or any product experience as same) and in house application, responding to any alerts
- Docker –Kubernetes environment operation and maintain (Mandatory)
- Candidate should not have obstacle to travel abroad
