What you will be working on 

• Implementing the backend software driving our cloud based MLaaS platform
• Developing a scalable distributed framework supporting long running jobs over large datasets and specialized resources (GPU's, ASIC's)
• Designing and maintaining a high-throughput, low-latency RESTful API
• Ensuring the platform remains secure, fast, and stable
• Interacting closely with other teams to translate end-user and internal application requirements into reliable features

Who we are looking for

• 5+ years experience designing and building large scale backend systems in Python
• Strong CS fundamentals in object-oriented design, algorithms, and data structures
• Expertise with these--or similar--technologies: Flask, Django, HTCondor, Mesos, PostgreSQL, Nginx, Docker
• Well-versed in AWS services like RDS, VPC, EBS, S3, EC2, and ELB
• Bonus points for prior experience with front-end web design, machine learning, GPU programming
