Job Description

  • Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize cloud environments (dev, QA, staging, production).
  • Implement and manage observability frameworks including logging, monitoring, alerting, and metrics.
  • Automate build, deployment, and release processes using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work with teams to containerize applications using Docker and integrate with deployment workflows.
  • Develop automation scripts and tools using Python.
  • Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
  • Collaborate with development, architecture, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
  • Strong understanding of AWS architecture and core services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in Infrastructure-as-Code using AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
  • Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Expertise with Docker and container-based deployments.
  • Knowledge of observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of release automation, deployment strategies, and environment management.
  • Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (VPC, subnets, routing, security groups).
  • Experience working in agile, fast-moving engineering environments.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
