Cloud Engineer (OpenShift/OCP)

Job Description:

• Install, configure, and manage OpenShift clusters and containerized workloads.
• Build, test, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles.
• Monitor and ensure cloud service health and resolve technical issues proactively.
• Apply patching, vulnerability remediation, and security configuration baselines.
• Support container orchestration, automation, and system backups.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps roles.
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong proficiency in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerization tools.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiar with DevOps pipelines, GitOps workflows, and automation scripts.
• Solid understanding of Linux system administration and scripting.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
