Design and improve backend systems using Node.js, contributing to global healthcare solutions that enable patient monitoring and support clinicians efficiently.
At Luscii, we create digital health solutions that create space for care for patients, clinicians and healthcare systems as a whole. Our technology is used worldwide by millions of people through OMRON Connect. As a Cloud Engineer, you will work on software that truly matters, alongside an international team that is shaping the future of digital healthcare every day.
In this role, you are going to focus primarily on backend development; building reliable, scalable systems that support complex care pathways. You will collaborate closely with like-minded colleagues, designers and fellow engineers to translate real healthcare needs into robust technical solutions. From architectural decisions to day-to-day coding, you will have a strong voice in how our platform evolves.
Your work directly contributes to Luscii’s mission to create space for care. The systems you build power remote monitoring at scale and enable healthcare professionals to spend less time on administration and more time with patients. Working in a remote-first, holacratic environment, you will have the autonomy to take ownership, grow your expertise and contribute beyond your role where you see opportunities to make impact.

One more thing. We believe in collaboration over competition. We're not looking for lone wolves. If you love being part of a team, sharing ideas, and lifting others up - you’ll fit right in.
… probably doesn't exist, but if you can tick most of the checkboxes below, please apply! We are looking for somebody who is comfortable in taking ownership and making well-considered decisions independently. You enjoy the autonomy to shape your work and responsibilities, while actively seeking collaboration and alignment with others. You know when to step up, when to involve colleagues and when to move forward decisively. Working independently does not mean working in isolation for you. You feel at ease being both a self-starter and a committed team player, contributing to shared goals while taking responsibility for your own domain. You value open communication, transparency, and mutual trust.
