Position Title: Closing Assistant

U.S. based mortgage firm is seeking a Closing Assistant to assist with mortgage processing and closings. Applicants must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Work directly with a stateside teammate to help efficiently manage loan pipelines.
  • Review Underwriting loan approvals and coordinate requests for all conditions.
  • Become an expert at reviewing US financial and loan documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Learn US mortgage lending guidelines and become an expert at understanding requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stateside team members and third parties.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
  • Assist in documenting (and improving) processes and systems


 Requirements:

  • Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
  • Strong ability to handle high production stress and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent English-speaking and communication skills.
  • Experience with Encompass, Blend and Salesforce is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with mortgage closings
