Enhance clinical training and compliance standards while collaborating with Quality Assurance and Clinical teams to support effective healthcare delivery in California.

WE ARE TITANIUM HEALTHCARE

Titanium is a healthcare company that puts heart and compassion above all else. Millions of Americans just aren’t getting the medical care they need. We’re on a mission to change that. For patients that means exceptional support and better care. For providers it means better support and time to focus on patients, and for partners that means higher quality and lower cost.

Join us in our mission!

We are committed to advancing health equity through California’s CalAIM initiative, including the Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Supports (CS), and Health Home Program (HHP) programs. We support vulnerable members of our communities by providing high-quality, person-centered care coordination. Our teams are innovative, collaborative, and passionate about improving healthcare delivery.

POSITION SUMMARY

At Titanium Healthcare, you will be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to advancing health equity across California. As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a critical role in strengthening clinical training, reinforcing documentation and compliance standards, and supporting staff readiness across Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports programs.

You will join the Training & Education team and collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and Clinical teams to ensure training reflects regulatory requirements, audit expectations, and real-world workflows. Titanium Healthcare offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within an organization that values innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

The Clinical Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering clinically focused training that directly supports staff competency, documentation quality, service consistency, and compliance across Titanium Healthcare’s CalAIM programs, including Enhanced Care Management, Community Supports, and the Health Home Program.

This role is a core component of Titanium Healthcare’s CalAIM infrastructure. The Clinical Trainer ensures that CalAIM requirements are not only understood conceptually, but are consistently translated into day-to-day workflows, documentation practices, and member-facing service delivery. Training content is designed to reinforce CalAIM’s focus on whole-person care, interdisciplinary coordination, health equity, and accountability to Managed Care Plan and Department of Health Care Services expectations.

The Clinical Trainer serves as a licensed clinical subject matter expert on the Training & Education team and is responsible for standardizing how clinical expectations are taught and reinforced across onboarding, refresher training, and remediation. This role works closely within the Training & Education team and in partnership with Quality Assurance and Clinical Leadership to ensure that training aligns with audit findings, policy updates, and program performance trends.

This position is instructional and educational in scope. The Clinical Trainer teaches approved clinical workflows, documentation standards, and compliance expectations and reinforces how clinical tasks should be completed and documented within Titanium Healthcare systems. The role does not include clinical oversight, case consultation, chart approval, clinical sign-off authority, or member-specific clinical decision-making. Clinical oversight and member-level decision-making remain the responsibility of designated clinical leadership.
