The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business to include the sales process. The will have the opportunity to support a specific region by maximizing the utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems. The CTA will support sales activities within a local geographic area to include: case coverage, customer support, product demonstrations and other clinical
selling activities.
Anticipated time in the Clinical Territory Associate position is between 6 to 15months. This program consists of approximately 3months of system, clinical, and sales training to prepare for Clinical and Sales Training (CAST)
course. the CTA will learn how to help hospitals and surgical teams start da Vinci programs, and to maximize efficiency in the OR.

As a one-year development role, the Clinical Territory Associate offers immersive exposure to technical, clinical, and sales, in partnership with the Clinical Sales team. Through a structured curriculum and extensive
field activities, this role aims to provide comprehensive knowledge of Intuitive business and technology. The duration may be adjusted depending on individual readiness and business needs.
Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospitals robotic development, and overall territory management
Guides technical in-services for customers to include OR staff, surgeons, etc.
Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team overall quotas
Become a da Vinci® Surgery expert across all primary surgical specialties in order to support the development of surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory.
Support regional sales and marketing development events that create system awareness and procedure adoption.
Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
Be a resource to the surgical team, providing guidance and insight on the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System.
Skill/Job Requirements
Sales experience (Around one year)
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Proven record of achievement and leadership
Ambition and strong work ethic
Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills
Proficient in Korean and English with strong reading skills and business-level spoken communication
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
