Ensure dentists have a seamless experience by supporting case journeys and driving service improvements while working within a fast-growing health-tech startup.
At 32Co, the service we offer to dentists and their patients is core to our product. We’ve built a reputation for an unreasonably excellent dentist experience, and as we scale we want to raise the bar even higher.
As a Clinical Support Specialist, your mission is to ensure every dentist we support has a seamless, high-quality, and genuinely delightful experience from start to finish. From day one, you’ll be a key player in our clinical support team, supporting dentists throughout their case journey. As a frontline team member, you’ll also contribute to mapping out improvements to our service as we scale.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a dental healthcare background who is passionate about innovation in healthcare and wants to learn and grow quickly. You’ll get exposure to many areas of a fast-growing health-tech startup, work closely with members of our senior team, and make a real difference to thousands of dentists, patients and orthodontists as we scale our brilliant service.
