Why This Role Matters The Clinical Success Manager plays a critical role in helping radiation oncology clinics throughout the LATAM region successfully adopt and optimize Radformation’s automation tools. This role is ideal for someone passionate about treatment planning who enjoys an engaging, fast-paced day and meaningful interaction with clinics. You will help mentor clinics as they join the Radformation community, assisting them in establishing efficient workflows and increasing safety. By building strong relationships and incorporating clinical feedback, you will help shape clinics’ dream products while expanding your own clinical skill set. Responsibilities Include • Demo, install, and train clinics on Radformation’s suite of automation tools • Work with clinics to understand their issues and provide solutions independently and/or in collaboration with the programming team • Partner with the LATAM sales team to demonstrate software to prospective customers and provide training to newly installed clinics • Proactively check in with current customers to gather feedback and share new features • Host webinars to answer clinic questions and highlight product features • Travel to congresses, attend roadshows, and visit clinics as needed • Develop training materials for clinic distribution • Collaborate with clinics on research projects and recruit reference sites alongside the LATAM sales team • Create custom RadMachine instances for clinics Required Experience • Minimum 2 years of clinical treatment planning experience using Eclipse, Monaco, or RayStation TPS • Strong critical thinking skills • Exceptional presentation skills • Positive attitude and passion for excellence in patient care • Fluency in English and Spanish Preferred Experience • 5 years of clinical treatment planning experience using Eclipse, Monaco, or RayStation TPS • Teaching experience in treatment planning • Customer success experience • Experience with Python programming • Fluency in Portuguese Abilities • Passionate about helping clinics and creating an impact on their workflows • Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community • Thrives in a busy, constantly evolving environment • Excels at multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously • Enjoys listening to clinics’ needs and building relationships with clinical leaders • Strong understanding of treatment planning and radiation oncology clinical workflows • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, changing environment • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Compassionate and welcoming of ideas and feedback AI & Hiring Integrity At Radformation, we believe AI can be an incredible tool for innovation.
