Accountabilities:
Lead hospital onboarding, product launches, and ongoing training to ensure successful adoption of clinical software solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital stakeholders, delivering expert guidance and responsive product support
Design, implement, and optimize disease-specific workflows aligned with clinical best practices and industry guidelines
Monitor platform usage and clinical workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement
Analyze data and deliver insights through Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic recommendations
Identify customer challenges, competency gaps, and adoption barriers, designing targeted interventions
Collaborate closely with sales teams to support renewals, upselling, and long-term account growth
Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives to continuously enhance customer success programs
Requirements:
BS or MS in Nursing
3+ years of disease-specific leadership or hospital-based customer success experience
5+ years of acute clinical care experience in stroke, pulmonary embolism, STEMI, or emergency department leadership
Strong preference for neurovascular leadership experience, including stroke program coordination or management
Advanced clinical certifications such as SCRN or CCRN strongly preferred
Proven ability to analyze and present data using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Excellent communication, customer-facing, and presentation skills
Strong organizational abilities with comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously
Adaptability, curiosity, and comfort working with emerging technologies
Willingness to travel at least 25% and reside within the assigned territory
