Clinical Scheduling Coordinator(contract role)
Location: Parramatta (hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $35.15 per hour + super
Duration: 12 weeks

The Opportunity
Join Australian Unity's Clinical Health Concierge team as a Scheduling Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in connecting customers with the right healthcare professionals at the right time. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare coordination while working in a supportive, hybrid environment with comprehensive training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule clinical staff appointments to meet customer needs
- Make daily changes to schedules as needed, ensuring customers receive timely care
- Respond to scheduling change requests from clinicians and customers
- Liaise with third-party providers when additional clinical staff are needed
- Use scheduling systems (Salesforce and other platforms) to manage appointments and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support including managing emails and answering calls
- Communicate with team leaders about staffing needs and availability
- Ensure all customer and staff information is kept up-to-date and accurate
What You Bring
- Experience in scheduling and rostering environments (highly desirable).
- Sound understanding of administration procedures and general business practices.
- Initiative in completing tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and empathy with customers and relatives.
- Compliance with relevant screening requirements eg Qualifications, Working Rights and other regulatory checks required.

Certificate III or above qualification in community, aged care or administration is desirable.
