About the role
As a Clinical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting orthopedic products, and driving sales growth. This role requires close collaboration with healthcare professionals and the leadership team to identify opportunities, deliver excellent customer service, and support the company’s long-term success.
What you will do:
Arrange regular face-to-face meetings with key customers to strengthen relationships
Fit OTS products and provide support to clients on product usage
Track sales performance and monitor market trends to identify opportunities
Liaise closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives and client needs
Manage pricing, quotations, discounts, and negotiations with clients
Coordinate and support seminars, workshops, and other client engagement activities
Follow up on client and telephone enquiries in a timely manner
Provide customers with up-to-date product information and insights
Explore market potential through data analysis and research
Stay updated on advances in the orthopedic field and share initiatives that promote company growth and optimal resource use
Use the company’s sales tools to analyse buying patterns and support sales strategies
Who you are:
With 2–3 years of relevant experience in clinical sales, medical device sales, or a healthcare-related commercial role, ideally with exposure to orthopedic products or similar technical solutions
Highly responsible, self-driven, and proactive with a strong results orientation
Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills to build and maintain rapport with customers
Customer-focused and committed to delivering high-quality service
Sound judgment in prioritizing issues and sharing information effectively
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
Skilled in managing complexity and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Eager to learn, adapt, and continuously improve in the role
