What You'll Do

  • Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
  • Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
  • Deliver CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) virtually or onsite as needed
  • Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional)
  • Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology

Professional Registration:

  • Counsellors: active membership/registration with ACA / PACFA / AASW 
  • Clinical Psychologists: general registration with AHPRA

Expertise & Skills:

  • Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) and CISP (Critical Incident Stress Program)
  • A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree
  • Experience with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings
  • Preferred prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
  • Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
