Pulse is currently recruiting for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary oncology team in North Wales, delivering psychological support to individuals affected by cancer. This full-time, permanent role is based at a purpose-built cancer support centre working in partnership with the NHS. You’ll be part of a compassionate and expert team helping people navigate the emotional and psychological challenges of cancer.

Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups affected by cancer.
  • Lead psychological thinking and governance within the centre team.
  • Contribute to the integrated programme of cancer support and psychosocial research.
  • Supervise and support staff in delivering psychologically informed care.
  • Record and report clinical activity in line with professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Are HCPC registered as Practitioner Psychologists
