Our client is a rapidly growing fertility and reproductive health practice with multiple locations across Manhattan. Having expanded from a small team during the pandemic to over 70 employees today, they are now seeking a seasoned healthcare operations leader to help scale their clinical infrastructure and support their continued growth. They are expanding their locations and footprint.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, patient-centered environment where efficiency, initiative, and adaptability are highly valued. The organization prides itself on a friendly, flexible, and performance-oriented culture that prioritizes getting things done without unnecessary bureaucracy.

About the Role

The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee all day-to-day clinical functions across the practice's Manhattan locations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards, supporting clinical staff, and implementing the leadership's strategic vision.
