Our mission is to make quality pulmonary rehabilitation accessible, empowering patients to take control of their respiratory health from the comfort of their own homes. Founded by healthcare innovators, BreatheSuite leverages advanced technology and a multidisciplinary approach to provide personalized care that drives real, measurable outcomes. We are passionate about transforming pulmonary care, and we invite a dedicated professional to join us in expanding our patient community.

What We’re Looking For

BreatheSuite is looking for a proactive, highly organized, and "process-first" Clinical Operations Manager to ensure our clinical engine runs smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Referral Analysis: Review incoming faxes and referrals within a 24-hour window to determine clinical appropriateness and safety for our programs. You will serve as the primary decision-maker on medical eligibility for new referrals.
  • Compliance & Quality Oversight: Monitor licensing and credentialing notifications to ensure all provider-patient interactions are compliant with state-specific regulations and that evaluations are scheduled with appropriately licensed staff.

Qualifications

  • Clinical Background: Our current care team is composed of Physical Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, and Nurse Practitioners all helping to implement our Virtual Pulmonary Rehab Program. As a result, the ability to assess clinical appropriateness for participation in our program and collaborate effectively with these disciplines is key to success in this role
  • Operations Expertise: Strong background in healthcare operations, clinic management, or health-tech project management.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: You must be a self-starter who enjoys "triaging" problems in real-time and can maintain operational excellence without constant supervision.
  • Exceptional Organization: Highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and departmental needs simultaneously.
  • Tech Literacy: High level of comfort with digital health stacks
  • Healthcare Knowledge: A solid understanding of the US healthcare system, including basic knowledge of billing cycles and provider credentialing, is highly preferred.
