Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments, risk assessments, and formulations
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, CFT, EMDR, and Schema Therapy
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to support service users with complex mental health needs and personality disorders
  • Contribute to staff well-being programmes and offer relationally focused supervision
  • Engage in audit, research, and networking opportunities across Iris Care Group services

Qualifications and Experience

  • HCPC registration as a Clinical or Forensic Psychologist (essential)
  • Experience working with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours
  • Interest in personality disorder interventions (DBT training desirable; training available)
  • Newly qualified psychologists are encouraged to apply – preceptorship to Band 8a offered
