This role is ideal for a Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) with hands-on proton planning experience who wants to move into a vendor-facing clinical applications role focused on advanced treatment planning, workflow optimization, and customer enablement.

This position is fully remote and field-based, supporting academic and community cancer centers across the U.S., with close collaboration across a global applications organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for proton therapy treatment planning workflows
  • Support customers using advanced TPS platforms, including for proton and photon planning
  • Deliver on-site and remote clinical training for dosimetrists, physicists, and physicians
  • Provide workflow consulting and best-practice guidance for proton planning, optimization, and adaptive workflows
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and go-lives in partnership with implementation and product teams
  • Assist customers with plan review, optimization strategies, and clinical problem-solving
  • Collaborate with R&D and product management by providing real-world clinical feedback from proton centers
  • Participate in clinical evaluations, user acceptance testing, and validation activities as needed
  • Travel (35%-50%) to customer sites as required to support training and implementation.

Requirements

  • Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD)
  • Hands-on proton therapy planning experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong experience with TPS for proton planning
  • Experience planning advanced techniques such as IMPT, robust optimization, adaptive planning, or hybrid photon/proton workflows
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows in proton therapy centers
  • Comfortable working directly with physicians, physicists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
