Job responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the efficient operation and growth of the clinic.
- Oversee the clinic's daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Monitor and manage clinic budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and satisfaction by maintaining clinical excellence and service standards.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
